We love the peacefulness and beauty of the farm - ranging from the beauty of the lake to the horses grazing about the farm. It is a bit like stepping back in time to when things moved a little slower and were a lot more genteel.
Sonny Cheatham is one of the nicest, most gracious men that we know. He always has a smile, a tidbit of wisdom, and an extra special hug for the children. Sometimes he even has a little ice cream or some other special treat.

"Cabin Springs Farm is Horsey Heaven! I've had my quarterhorse, Red, there for several years now and could not be happier! The farm is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained by Sonny, the owner. The horse herd has acres and acres of fresh grass and clean water all year long and Sonny rotates the herd periodically to keep the pastures healthy. They even have a large stand of woods for shelter and each pasture is fenced and gated, so that the horses can be collected, separated, or individually managed for farrier/vet visits. Sonny is a wonderful person and sends an entertaining email almost daily with an update on the status of the herd and the proprerty so, even though I live quite a distance away, I feel Red is being watched over.
I've had my horse at three other farms and they don't hold a candle to Sonny's place.
